June 2010, Vietnam: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) invited specialists to review and comment on Draft Decision ___/2010/QD-TTg on Piloting mechanisms of sharing responsibilities and benefits in management, protection and development of Special use Forests. I participated in this review process.
