Description
Six months assignment. Day-to-day program management. Reviewing and strengthening organisation and management control. Review of program structure and implementation, strengthening program coherence, developing goals and objectives. Capacity building of local staff in management, program and project formulation. Reviewing staff performance and organisation, reviewing and revising Terms of References. Development of an Operational Manual and strengthening financial management and control: development of procedures and forms. Facilitating and compiling a management strategy for Parc Zoologique Ivaloina: developing a framework to strengthen its existing role in biodiversity conservation in Madagascar through species and vegetation conservation, including identifying possibilities to link with other projects or programs to optimise conservation impacts and advance existing activities and projects of MFG.
