Description

Objective: Market-oriented forest-based activities identification and sustainable forest use planning and development methodology establishment. I introduced a participatory ap-proach towards small enterprise establishment and development: an adjusted form of the Market Analysis and Development (MA&D) framework. In order to do so, I managed a core group drawn from different project sections, thus linking different project sections (a/o the microfinance and savings section) together. I contributed to the coordination and har-monization of other international consultants’ process input, notably concerning land use and village development planning, and concerning small enterprise development support. I recruited and coached national consultants in support of applying the MA&D process. Other tasks included (non-exhaustive):

  • Relating with intervention beneficiary (Forest Protection Department) and guidance in sustainable natural resource management development.
  • Participatory mapping.
  • Relating between project and selected beneficiaries.
  • Project staff training in participatory methods.
